Refund and Returns Policy

At Herday Clothing, each piece is made and sold with great care. As part of our unique and curated product line, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in rare cases where a product is received damaged or incorrect, we offer a replacement.

Important Notes

  • Refunds are not applicable.
  • We only offer product replacements or Exchange for genuine issues such as defects or wrong items received.
  • Size and color exchanges are not permitted once the order is placed.
  • Order cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.

Delivery Locations

  • Within India: We deliver to serviceable areas listed by our shipping partners.
  • International Shipping: Available to selected countries, subject to courier availability and extra charges.

Delivery & Dispatch

  • Orders will only be dispatched after full payment is received.
  • International shipments will only be dispatched after additional courier charges are paid.
  • Our team will notify you of shipping charges based on the weight and delivery location.

Shipping Rates

  • Kerala: ₹70
  • South India (outside Kerala): ₹100
  • North India: ₹130
  • Remote areas or oversized items may attract additional charges.
  • GST will be applicable on all shipping fees.

Damages & Issues

We’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong size or product)

Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item. For us to process your replacement request:

  1. You must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  2. All tags and original packaging must be retained.
  3. The complaint must be registered within 24 hours of delivery.
  4. No complaints will be accepted after 30 days from the dispatch date.

Tracking & Support

If you have not received your product or there are tracking issues, please reach out to us within 30 days of dispatch. Delayed complaints may not be entertained due to logistics limitations.
